These days, I'm into cooking.
So I'll introduce my favorite dishes today.
1.chicken nanban
Chicken Nanban is fried chicken with vinegar and sugar and mirin by dressing and wrapping. It is eaten with tarutaru souse. Tarutaru souse is made of onion and mayonnaise and boiled eggs.

My point is to make souse with starch in order that souse is easy to dress chicken.
