     Today, I'll tell you my favorite Japanese culture. It is 'Itadakimasu'. Japanese people usually say that before they eat something. It means g ratitude for food ,that is life. We always eat a lot of lives and live on a lot of lives. So we have to give a thanks to them!!! In addition, it is also important not to leave something to eat and this word lead us not to do that. You had better say 'Itadakimasu' before eating!!

     Today I'll talk about one of my best movies. It is 'The terminal'. It's a story about a man whose passport couldn't be used due to the rebellion of his country.　 The man does not give up even in such a situation and somehow finds a way to live without leaving the airport.　For example, working a part-time job or having a romance. Those who is impressed by his dedicated figure will support him gradually. Then finally.............................................. you must check it by yourself!!!! Please check this movie out!!!!       Today I'll introduce furisode to you.       Furisode is a traditional costume worn by unmarried women on happy day. For example,it is worn when attending a coming of age ceremony, a graduation ceremony, or a wedding ceremony.  In addition, the most important feature about it is that married women cannot wear furisode.　It is said that this is to prevent married women from being mistaken for not being married. Typically married women wear "tomesode", kimono with short sleeves. This is furisode. This is tomesode.

      A movie that I really liked is "Home Alone". It was made in 1990 and was directed by Chris Columbus.  Macaulay Culkin played a main role.          The Macaulay family made a plan of the travel to  France on Christmas with Peter's and Kate's home.  The main character, Kevin, was the youngest brother of the Macaulay family. And Kevin, who was short, was always ridiculed by his bother. On the day when they went to France, Kevin  slept in the attic as a punishment of brother quarrel. Then the families forgot Kevin and went on a trip to France , leaving Kevin alone at home. 

     Today I'll tell you how I learn English these days. I like Disney drama ,anime and movie. So I learn English from them!!! I watch them in English sometime with Japanese subtitles. Only when I come across difficult to understand words and dialogues, I turn on Japanese subtitles. Words and lines in Disney drama, anime and movie are relatively easy ,so it is easy to understand for those who are not good at English. -----Here are my recommended Disney works!!!!---------------------------------------- 1, MALEFICENT Many people knows this work.   One of my best movies is "Family Game". This movie is  a story about twins who were separated from each other when they were young and met by chance and struggled to reunite their parents. Harry have lived in America with her father. Anny have lived in U.K with her mother. Then Harry and Anny went to the same summer camp accidentally. At first, they felt bat with each other. However, they are gradually unraveled and realized that their birthdays are same and both parents were divorced. Then, when I put together the torn photos of my parents, who each had only one photo, it was a perfect connection. From there, their adventure to return their parents to the couple begins!!!! It's a work full of highlights, with the cute twins struggling together for their parents. *By the way, One actor play a role of both Harry and Anny!!!!!

Today, I would like to introduce a dish I recently made.  It's Southeast Asian cuisine Gapao Rice. It is soo delicious!! Please check it. -------recipe-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The ingredients for Gapao Rice are minced chicken, onions, paprika, oyster sauce, and nam pla.  First, chop the onions and paprika and fry with minced chicken.  Then season with oyster sauce, a little nam pla, and salt and pepper.  The point is the amount to put in the nam pla.  If you prefer a taste that is closer to the local taste, try increasing the amount of nam pla. Finally, put rice and ingredients on a plate and put a fried egg on it, and you're done.  The point here is to make the fried egg crispy by adding a little oil to make it fried. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please make this by yourself and enjoy cooking!!!

     Today I listened to Selena Gomez's speech "Trust yourself". She talked about her path and thought.  She said that when I was eleven and wanted to be a actress, I thought that I can say anything. But her parents and her friends at work told her what she should say, what to wear , how to look, and how she should be. Then she lost sight of what she was.  She  listened to opinions of people and tried to change who she was because she thought that others would accept her for it. And she realized she doesn't know how to be anything but herself. So she decided to trust herself. she told people to stay true to yourself and be kind of each other. In addition, she said that don't forget that all you have the power which can change the world.

 I love foods in east-south Asia. So  I'll introduce my recipe of chicken rice in Thailand. It's so easy!!!! ----recipe------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All things you have to do is only to boil rice with  welsh onion , ginger and chicken. Welsh onion and ginger take smell of chicken. Next you'll make sauce. I usually two types of sauce. One sauce is made of nam pla , soy sauce in Thailand , and oyster sauce. Another sauce is made of sweet chili sauce and nam pla. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I can enjoy variety  taste by making two different sauce. Please make this by yourself!!!! Maybe soooo delicious!!! 　

 These days, I'm into cooking. So I'll introduce my favorite dishes today. 1.chicken nanban Chicken Nanban is fried chicken with vinegar and sugar and mirin by dressing and wrapping. It is eaten with tarutaru souse. Tarutaru souse is made of onion and mayonnaise and boiled eggs. ----Point to make -------------------------------------------------------------------------- My point is to make souse with starch in order that souse is easy to dress chicken.  In addition, making tarutaru souse without boiled eggs is also my point. It is light by not putting a boiled egg and becomes easy to eat. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Its deep taste fit white rice well. Please make it by yourself !!!!!  

 1, Ramen in Ganso Nagahamaya This ramen shop is a 24-hour shop that everyone who lives in Fukuoka knows. This ramen shop has a unique way of ordering, so you need to be careful when you go there in the first time. This ramen shop has only ramen menu, so when you enter the restaurant, the clerk counts the number of people and puts you through the order. So you only order the hardness of the noodles and the amount of oil and green onions. The hardness of the noodles has a unique way of saying it, so please check it yourself before you go.  It's very delicious. 2, Muttyan manjuu This is a bun in the shape of a mutsugoro, and soul food which all the students in Fukuoka have eaten once after school.  The outer skin is made of sweet dough, and the ingredients inside are ham and eggs, wieners, custard, etc. I often went home with my friends, buying this after school and eating. Please try this in Fukuoka.

 Today I'll talk about my trip to Karatsu. First, I visited Takashima. Takashima is a small and beautiful island. This island is famous for its cats who pose in prayer to win the lottery.  They were very cute.    Next, I went to the former Saga Bank. Its nostalgic atmosphere was so nice.   This bank had been used since thirty years ago. When you go to Karatsu, I recommend you to eat "Pakisutan". Pakisutan is pasta that is poured ketchup on. It was so delicious.

  Today, I'll talk about my hometown 'Fukuoka'. Here are some spots you should go to when you come to Fukuoka. 1, MOJIKOU  You can enjoy beautiful , nostalgic buildings and  Grilled curry. This picture is Mojikou station. 2, Itosima Itosima is the city next to Fukuoka city. You can see beautiful sea and f resh seafood. My personal recommendation is salt pudding. Salt pudding is a pudding you eat with salt made by a salt shop and is very tasty. 3, Dazaihutenmanguu Dazaifu Tenmangu is a very beautiful shrine and you can eat Umegaemoti,  Mochi wrapped and baked with anko,  at t he approach to the shrine. In addition to the places I introduced this time, there are many places to enjoy in Fukuoka. Please try to go by all means.
